(TKG) ─ It has been reported that the US military carried out airstrikes in Somalia that killed four terrorists of the al-Shabaab militant group.
U.S. military in coordination with Somalia federal government conducted three airstrikes on al-Shabaab militant group, leaving 4 members of the group killed and several injured.
The strikes came one day after the deaths of at least 79 people in a deadliest car bombing on Saturday [December 28, 2019] in Mogadishu.
Mogadishu has been regularly hit by car bombings and attacks by al-Shabaab militant group, yet they have not claimed the responsibility for Saturday’s car bombing in Mogadishu.
