Landslides and flooding in Kenya left more than 55 people dead.
After heavy rains in the northwestern Kenya during four days back, heavy flooding has been taking place across the country that has reportedly forced some 80,000 people to evacuate their houses.
According to Kenyan officials saying on Tuesday [November, 26, 2019] people died mostly in mudslides in several parts of the country and some have been disappeared.
In the meantime, aid agencies have stated that thousands of vulnerable people are in need of urgent help and support.
