United States Special Envoy Zalamy Khalilzad in another series of his official trips to regional and European countries, met with spokesman for the foreign affairs ministry of Pakistan Mohammad Faisal on Sunday.
According to Faisal, the meeting took place Sunday afternoon at the ministry, discussing a wide range of topics, mainly Afghan peace process.
He once again assured Islamabad’s joint cooperation with Afghanistan, and urged involved parties to end the long-fought war in the country by grasping any possible opportunity
Khalilzad is due to visit Afghanistan, Belgium, Germany, Qatar, and United Arab Emirate in following.
