Here is a glimpse on U.S President Donald Trump’s second State of the Union Address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night, where he claims on issues such as: Economy, Security, Employment Rates, and Women Workforce.
“In just over two years since the election, we have launched an unprecedented economic boom _ a boom that has rarely been seen before. There’s been nothing like it. … An economic miracle is taking place in the United States”, Trump said as he was discussing country’s economy.
According to AP Fact Check, an opposition to what Trump cited as an “unprecedented economic boom”, country’s economy is fine but “not nearly one of the best in the U.S. history”.
In connection with U.S. troops in Middle East, Trump says his administration is holding developing talks focusing counter-terrorism in Afghanistan and Middle East region. Says he does not know if they reach to an agreement, but they do try to reach peace.
Meanwhile, during his second State of the Union Address, he claimed remarkable progress in women in public sectors. “All Americans can be proud that we have more women in the workforce than ever before,” he said.
