Security officials in Kandahar said that 11 Pakistani militants were either killed or injured in clashes with Afghan forces in Shorabak district.
Zia Durrani, spokesman for Kandahar police, told Killid that Pakistani militants attacked Afghan border forces’ check posts two nights ago which was met with fierce resistance by Afghan border police.
Durrani added that seven Pakistani militants were killed and four injured in the three-hour clashes.
Durrani further stated that there were no casualties among Afghan forces or civilians.
