Eight districts in Faryab province are at risk of falling into the hands of Taliban insurgents who recently captured a highway police post and caused casualties to eight police, a public representative said on Saturday.
Sayed Abdul Baqi, a provincial council member, said that the security situation in Faryab was critical as compared to other provinces.
