MoI: Commandos Deployed to Farah

Ministry of Interior Affairs (MoI) reported that commando forces have been deployed to Farah province.
Najib Danish, spokesman for MoI, told Killid that reinforcements from Herat and Kandahar province have been deployed to Farah to crack down on Taliban insurgents.

MoI: Commandos Deployed to Farah
Afghan Commandos from the Sixth Commando Kandak practices infiltration techniques using the Afghan National Army Air Corps Mi-17 helicopter on April 1 at Camp Morehead in the outer regions of Kabul. The training was in preparation for future air assault missions needed in order to disrupt insurgent activity and bring stability to the population and the region.

Ministry of Interior Affairs (MoI) reported that commando forces have been deployed to Farah province.
Najib Danish, spokesman for MoI, told Killid that reinforcements from Herat and Kandahar province have been deployed to Farah to crack down on Taliban insurgents.
Residents of Farah meanwhile said that Afghan forces sustained casualties and lots of people were displaced.
“No family has been displaced; the situation is in favour of Afghan forces,”” Danish added.
According to Danish, six Afghan forces were killed and the clashes are ongoing in suburb of the city.
