Ghor’s Aoshan Falls to Taliban

Local officials in Ghor said that Oshan area of Shahrak district has fallen to the Taliban insurgents.
Iqbal Nizame, spokesman for Ghor police, told Killid that Taliban militants attacked security forces’ check posts in Aoshan area last night and took control of the area after hours clashes.
Nizame added that one local police was killed and one injured during the clashes.
Meanwhile sources claim that 20 Afghan security force members were killed.
Ghor governor said that reinforcements have been dispatched to the area.
