At least 31 people have been killed and 55 injured in an explosion occurred in Dasht-e-Barchi in PD6th in Kabul city.
Wahid Majroh, spokesman for Ministry of Public Health , said six people have been killed and 23 injured.
The blast happened today at an ID distribution centre around 9:55 am.
Kabul’s acting police chief, Mohammad Daoud Amin, said a suicide bomber detonated his explosives in the door way of the ID distribution offices.
The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL, also known as ISIS) group claimed responsibility for the attack via its online news portal, Amaq.
