Prominent Taliban Commander Killed in Herat

A prominent Taliban commander along with his seven bodyguards was killed in Chesht district of Herat province.
Jailani Farhad, spokesman for Herat governor, named the commander as Nasrullah Badghisi.
He added that Badghisi was killed in clashes with irresponsible armed individuals.
Taliban militants are yet to comment.
