A police official was killed and four civilians were in a blast caused by a magnetic bomb in the provincial capital of Kunduz yesterday.
Police chief Brig. Gen. Abdul Hamid Hamidi said blast ripped through a border police vehicle at around 7pm.
A security man was killed and four civilians were injured in the blast that hit the pick up ranger vehicle belonging to the border police in Imam Sahib Port.
Hashmatullah Arshad, a spokesman for the Hezb-i-Islami Afghanistan (HIA), is said to be among the injured.
