Afghanistan Under-19s cricket team defeated Sri Lanka in U-19 World Cup second match today.
The match started last night in New Zeland and ended today in favour of Afghanistan.
Afghanistan batted first in the match and set 285 as target for Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka could not chase down the target and lost all wicket only in 202 runs.
Afghanistan are at the top of Group D with two wins in as many games, with Ireland to play next, while Sri Lanka will take on Pakistan in their last group game.
