Religious Scholar Killed in Helmand

A religious scholar was gunned down by unknown armed men this morning in Helmand province.
A security source, speaking on the condition of anonymity, told Killid that Mullah Mukhtar Fazli, member of provincial Ulema council, was killed in Camp-e- Mahajeren area of Lashkargah, provincial capital of Helmand.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the incident.
