Local officials in Nangarhar said that 17 Daesh militants were killed in drone strikes in Achin and Haska Mina districts.
A press release from provincial governor’s office stated that 15 Daesh militants were killed in Bandar area of Achin district late yesterday.
The statement added that two Daesh militants were killed in Oghaz area of Haska Mina district.
Daesh militants are yet to comment.
