6 Men Arrested for Killing Kapisa Ulema Council Head

Local officials in Kapisa province said that police arrested six men over killing of Maulavi Gul Mohammad Hanifiyar, head of provincial Ulema council, in the Hesa-e-Doem district yesterday. Qais Qaderi, spokesman for Kapisa governor, said that the investigation is underway from the men. This comes as unidentified gunmen shot dead Hanifiyar and his bodyguard in the Hesa-i-Doem district yesterday.
