Bamyan governor said that seven men were arrested for allegedly gang-raping a woman. Mohammad Taher Zahir, Bamyan governor, said that the men were arrested by National Directorate of Security (NDS) personnel in Eshtre district of Daikonde province. He added that the arrested men are irresponsible armed individuals who live in Bamyan. Meanwhile eyewitnesses claim that the incident happened last Friday in Karman area of Panjab district in Bamyan.
