The process of medication for inmates who are addicted to drugs have started in Kapisa prisons. Security officials in Kapisa said that most of the inmates are addicted to drugs . Mohammad Ayub Yosufzai, spokesman for Kapisa police, told Killid that most of the criminal incidents have been committed by the drug addicts in the province. He added that the inmates will receive psychological counseling as well.
