Security officials in Nangarhar reported that joint military operations codenamed ‘Selab 7’ are going on successfully in parts of Pacheragam district. A press release from Nangarhar governor’s office stated that the operations are being conducted jointly by Afghan commandos, NDS operatives, police, frontier and local police. The statement added that Tora Bora area and Alif Khel village were cleared of Daesh militants yesterday. No casualties were reported among Afghan security forces or civilian.
