The Afghanistan national football team defeated Maldives in a friendly football match yesterday. Sayed Ali Kazimi, spokesman for Afghanistan Football Federation, said in Kabul that Afghan footballers Hasan Amin and Omid Popalzai hit the first and second goals of the game during the first and second half of the match. He added that Afghanistan defeated Maldives 2-1. It is reported that Afghanistan will face Cambodia on Tuesday next week.
