Pakistan reopened the Spinboldak crossing in Kandahar province after 23 days of closure for all kinds of traffic and movement of people yesterday afternoon. Sayed Ali, district governor of Spenboldak, told Killid that the crossing is opened for all kinds of traffic and movement of people. He added that hundreds of stranded passengers on both sides crossed the border. Meanwhile Pakistani officials announced that they opened the border on ‘humanitarian grounds’ in Ramadan.
