Security sources in Kandahar said that two civilians were killed in a roadside mine blast last night in Spenboldak district. They said that Malik Faizullah, a tribal elder, and his son were killed and three others were injured. The injured were transferred to the nearby hospital and their condition was stable. Meanwhile an imam was shot dead in PD5th area of Kandahar by unknown gunmen yesterday evening. No group has claimed responsibility.
