Criminal investigation department of Kabul police announced that some 10 suspects were arrested and a number of weapons and ammunitions including a suicide vest were recovered in parts of PD 5th and 11th yesterday evening. A press release from Kabul police stated that the operation was led by Gen. Mohammad Salim Almas, head of criminal investigation department, in which a suspect with a suicide vest was arrested in a residential house in PD 5th. The statement added that a number of weapons and ammunitions were also seized from a residential house in the 5th district. The statement further stated that the suspects are under investigation.
