Suicide Attack Targets Foreign Troops

A relatively heavy explosion rocked Kabul city around 8 am today. Gen. Mohammad Salim Almas, head of criminal investigation department at Kabul police, said that the incident happened when a suicide attacker targeted a foreign convoy in PD 9th. He did not provide information about foreign casualties but asserted that financial losses were incurred to the civilians crossing the area. Foreign troops are yet to comment on the incident. No group has claimed responsibility.
