At least two Afghan National Army (ANA) personnel were killed and two others were injured in an Afghan security forces’ airstrike in Uruzgan yesterday evening. Dost Mohammad Nayab, spokesman for Uruzgan governor, said that the personnel were mistakenly targeted in the airstrike in parts of Trinkot, provincial capital of Uruzgan, as they were trying to bombard armed opposition’s sanctuaries in Kotawal area of Trinkot. Earlier 10 ANA personnel were killed in a US airstrikes in Trinkot.
