Civil Society Creates Justice Network in Nangarhar

A network for justice created by 60 civil society organisations said that they are trying to make the authorities accountable to the public. The network created in Jalalabad, provincial capital of Nangarhar, said that the aim of the network is to create transparency and prevent corruption in the public sector. Khan Aqa Gharmal, head of the network, said that they will first build up coordination among civil society organisations and together work jointly for transparency in the public sector. He added that they will urge the public sector to be accountable through discussions and dialogues and practice transparency to prevent corruption.
