At least 12 Daesh militants were killed and tens of others injured in an Afghan-led air operation in Ahengaran area of Haska Mina district. Sher Aqa Faqiri, spokesman for Selab 201 Corps, said that Afghan security forces did not suffer any casualties in the operation. Meanwhile security officials in Nangarhar asserted that spy chief of Daesh was also arrested. Hazrat Hussain Mashriqwal, spokesman for Nangarhar police, said that Afghan security forces arrested Daesh spy chief from parts of Haska Mina district this morning. Mashriqwal added that the spy chief is identified as Taj Gul and he is being investigated. Daesh militants are yet to comment on the incident.
