Hilal: Attack on Kabul Military Hospital Was Not by Insider

The fact finding team of the attack on Sardar Mohammad Dawood Khan Hospital in Kabul said that they have not found any evidence to confirm that the attack on the hospital was an insider attack. Hilaluddin Hilal, head of the fact finding team, told reporters at a press conference today that several suspects have been arrested and many other security personnel of the hospital are being investigated. Hilal added that the attackers managed to enter the entrance gate of the hospital by detonating a vehicle packed with explosives. He further stated that the attack was masterminded outside Afghanistan. The attack on the hospital killed at least 50 people and injured more than tens  of people last Wednesday.
