Security officials in Kapisa province reported that an employee of the provincial directorate of education was arrested with some explosives. Mohammad Ayub Yosufzai, spokesman for Kapisa police, told Killid that the suspect is identified as Hamidullah and security forces confiscated two mortar rounds and a remote-controlled mine from his residence in Kohistan district. He alleged the explosives were kept to attack the district’s buildings. The spokesman added that a thorough investigation has been ordered.
