Afghanistan Win ODI Series with Fourth Consecutive Victory

Afghanistan Development Squad defeated Zimbabwe A in their fourth of five ODI matches last night at Harare sports Club. Choosing to bat first, Zimbabwe posted 212 runs from 50 overs. On the second round the target was reduced to 162 runs and 40 overs due to heavy rainfall. Afghanistan could chase down the target in 36.3 overs. Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) reported that Mohammad Nawaz Khan dismissed five players of Zimbabwe and recognised as the best player of the match. This follows as earlier Afghanistan had defeated Zimbabwe A team in three consecutive matches. Afghanistan will face Zimbabwe in the final ODI tomorrow.
