In other development a US helicopter assigned carrying the wounded troops were crashed.
Due to the Washington post, Peter Cook, the Pentagon spokesman assistant told “the Helicopter is under arrest. A helicopter is sent for rescuing which was not allowed to land off due to heavy operation ongoing there.”
Taliban has claimed they crashed the Helicopter.
There have been heavy operations in Helmand recently which is known to Taliban stronghold for Taliban.
